Where do you work?
Zakynthos, Dubai, Santorini, Lake Como, Ibiza and Cyprus are the destinations we know intimately and design in most often. We also plan elsewhere when a couple has somewhere specific in mind — but only where we can deliver to the same standard, and we will say so plainly if we cannot.
How far in advance should we begin?
Most couples start 12 to 18 months ahead, and the best venues in peak season are taken earlier than that. We do arrange beautiful weddings in a shorter timeframe — it simply narrows the choice, and we will be honest about what is still genuinely available.
What does a wedding abroad actually cost?
It depends almost entirely on the destination, the guest list and the standard of venue. Rather than quote a headline figure we will tell you what your budget realistically buys in each place, early, before you fall in love with somewhere that does not fit.
Can you handle the legal paperwork?
Yes. For a legal ceremony we guide every document and liaise with the local authorities and, where needed, your consulate. Many couples instead complete the legal formality at home and hold the real ceremony abroad — we will lay out both routes and their implications before you choose.
What is included?
It varies by destination and venue, but a proposal always sets out exactly what is covered and what is not. Typically: venue, ceremony, styling, catering, photography, coordination and on-the-ground management, with travel, accommodation and guest logistics costed alongside it.
Do you look after our guests?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. Room blocks at negotiated rates across several price points, flights and transfers, a guest information pack, and a dedicated concierge contact your guests call instead of you.
Do you plan multi-day and multi-event celebrations?
Routinely — including Indian and South Asian weddings across four or five days, with specialist catering, mandap design and several hundred guests. Scale is a planning discipline, not an obstacle.
What happens after the wedding?
Whatever you would like to. Honeymoon planning, onward private travel, yacht charters and villa stays are designed as carefully as the wedding itself — for many couples the day is the beginning of the journey rather than the end of it.
